The Heart of an Administrator
The Heart of an Administrator is how to make decisions when facing problems. A person whose mind is righteous would solve a problem using methods that do not walk along any unwholesome paths.
For example, if your organization is loosing money, you would not seek any illegal or immoral methods such as performing illegal trades involving drugs, tax evasion, etc.
While solving the problem, one would remain cautious and equanimous, not letting his emotions get the better of him. Maintaining a clear and still mind allows one to see the solution more easily.
Therefore, a good administrator would not only need to be skilled at administration but also possess a righteous mind to allow him to realize what is right or wrong, ethical or unethical to do.
A person who has such abilities would have a mind rooted in wisdom, or tied to the Dhamma at all times.
