Peace and Happiness
When our mind is centered in the middle of our body, we will experience inner peace and joy. We can achieve harmony between the body and mind. The practice of meditation will lead to better sleep, with either non-disturbing dreams or dreamlessness. When we wake up, we will feel refreshed as if emerging from a source of pure energy, giving us infinite wisdom, happiness, and will power. All of these qualities will exist with the opening of our eyes.
