Solvable and Insolvable
According to the Lord Buddha, there are two types of problems: satekiccha and atekiccha, which means solvable and insolvable. This denotes that not every problem can be solved. For example, when we accidentally cut our finger, the wound will heal.
However, if we are beheaded, there is no way to bring us back to life. When encountering an insolvable problem, the best we can do is to remain calm and peaceful. We should not let our mind suffer any further.
We need to understand the nature of life and aim to improve our actions, so that we will not suffer from karmic retribution as in this lifetime again.
