Meditate Consistently
Despite illness, lack of sleep,
heavy workloads and stress, we
should always make time for
meditation. While meditating, we
can rest if we are sleepy, change
our position to ease the pain,
and open our eyes when we are
distracted. There will always be
problems in life, but we should
continue to meditate since it can
lead us to solutions. This is why
we should meditate consistently.
