This world is a gathering place of imperfect people. Both men and women have a dark side to their minds. The springing up of mental impurity always taints one’s mind, leading to weaker wisdom and stronger craving.
Fortunately, stillness from meditation allows us to enjoy peace and happiness that stem from within; and our minds will become firm, stable and indifferent towards misery.
