"Stop and be still" is a phrase that leads to success in life at all levels because when the mind is still, everything can be accomplished.
Mara makes us unable to stop our minds in the middle of our bodies by clinging our minds to nonsense. So, we must train our minds to stop and be still. It is more important than anything in the world and the entire universe. Stopping and being still is the most important thing in our lives in Samsara (cycle of rebirth).
