ตอนที่ 3 จากหาดพัทยา, จอมเทียน ถึงหาด Ipenama, Copacabana
หลายปีที่ผ่านมากับความคุ้นเคยหาดพัทยา,ที่มีธุระ, มีเพื่อน, มีคนรู้จักในย่านนั้นจนกระทั่งมาบวช ได้ไปดูแลโครงการงานอบรม พระ, อุบาสิกาช่วงปลายปี 2553 – 2554 ประสบการณ์และความคุ้นในพื้นที่มีอยู่ รวมถึงข้ามทะเลไปเกาะล้าน เพื่อหาทำเลทำศูนย์อบรมโครงการบวชอุบาสิกา น่าพาคณะพระอาจารย์ที่มาเยี่ยมจากต่างแดนไปทัวร์
หาดพัทยาได้ชื่อว่าเป็นหาดที่ขึ้นชื่อระดับโลกแม้แต่ พนักงานชาวต่างประเทศที่ทำงานย่านนิคมอุตสาหกรรมภาคตะวันออก หลายแห่งก็ล้วนนิยมมาเที่ยว จับจ่ายที่พัทยากันทั้งสิ้นมีตั้งแต่ระดับหรู ริมเขา ริมหาด จนระดับชาวบ้าน แบ็คแพ็คเกอร์(backpacker) การหาที่พัก บังกะโลราคาถูกที่ห่างจากชายหาดออกไปหน่อยหาดพัทยา ดูเหมือนผูกพันกับการค้าขาย ที่คอยบริการนักท่องเที่ยวอย่างที่ยากจะหาหาดอื่นๆ ในโลกมาเทียบได้
ระบบการจราจรแบบวันเวย์ ถนน 4 เลนที่ไม่เพียงพอกับการสัญจร เมื่อมีโครงการรถรางลอยฟ้าแบบรางเดี่ยวก็ถูกผู้เสียผลประโยชน์ต่อต้านอีกทําเอาการพัฒนาขยายเมืองท่าได้โดยยาก
เมื่อมีโอกาสมาเยือนรีโอ เดอจาเนอโร เมืองท่องเที่ยวที่มีชายหาดที่ขึ้นชื่ออยู่หลายแห่ง ที่ติดต่อกัน เห็นลักษณะเฉพาะตัวด้วยบรรยากาศแล้ว ที่นี่เหมาะที่จะพักผ่อน และสันทนาการเล่นกีฬาทางนํ้าและริมหาดดีจริงๆปูพื้นทางเดินริมหาดแบบมีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะอีกด้านฝั่งถนนเป็นอาคารพักอาศัย ตึกสูงบ้างสลับกันไปเป็นระเบียบเส้นทางสัญจรเป็นวันเวย์ ย่านค้าขายอยู่ถนนคู่ขนานอีกแนวถัดเข้าไป
เริ่มจากตอนล่างสุดมีภูเขา 2 ลูกอิงกันเรียกย่านนี้ว่าSao Conrado เอกลักษณ์คือมีทั้งเขาและทะเลในทุกหาดถัดมาเรียกว่าหาด ipanema มีเพลงดังระดับโลกเพลง A girl from ipanema (ทำนองเนิบๆ จังหวะยุคเก่า)อ้อมแหลมมาอีกด้าน (เดิมคิดว่าต่อกันเลย) Copacabanaมีเพลงประจําหาดเหมือนกัน ชื่อเดียวกับหาด Copacabanaจังหวะสนุกสนาน เร้าใจสไตล์แซมบ้า น่าจะเหมาะกับยุคนี้มากกว่า
แค่มีเพลงสร้างความครื้นเครง จนกลายเป็นที่รู้จักกันไปทั่วโลกนักท่องเที่ยวต่างอยากมาเห็น มาสัมผัสสักครั้งหนึ่งในชีวิตนึกถึงเรื่องพระเจ้าพิมพิสาร ให้กวี นักประพันธ์แต่งเพลงสรรเสริญความงามของวัดเวฬุวันเพื่อดึงความสนใจอัครมเหสีพระนางเขมา จนยอมไปวัด และได้ฟังธรรมจนบรรลุธรรมในที่สุด
ชื่อเสียงของ 2 หาดอันเลื่องลือ ดึงดูดนักเที่ยวมาเยี่ยมเยียนเป็นล้านมีมาร่วมเทศกาลคาร์นิวัล Brazilian Carnivalอีก รายได้จากการท่องเที่ยวจึงไหลมาเทมา
ถ้าจะว่าตามระยะการเดินทางจากยุโรป หรืออเมริกาเหนือแล้วบราซิลใกล้กว่าไทยมาก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ระบบสัญจรก็ดีกว่ามาก รีโอเดอจาเนอโร เป็นระดับสเตท, เมือง
ขณะที่พัทยาเป็นแค่ระดับอำเภอ แล้วให้มีการจัดการเลือกตั้งคล้าย กทม. แต่ศักยภาพการพัฒนาก็ยังห่างไกล,ไทยจะเหนือกว่าตรง ค่าครองชีพที่ถูกกว่าแต่ถ้าไปช่วงสั้นก็ไม่คุ้มค่าเดินทาง และเวลาในการเดินทาง,การไปไทยจึงน่าจะเป็นแบบระยะกลาง เป็นเดือนหรือแม้แต่จะซื้อที่พักใช้ชีวิตในบั้นปลาย วัยเกษียณ
